Our Mission
At the CSRA Wildlife Conservation Center, our mission is to provide compassionate care and rehabilitation for orphaned and injured native wildlife, helping animals recover safely and return to their natural habitats whenever possible.
We are committed to educating our community about the importance of native wildlife species and the ecosystems they depend on. Through outreach programs, educational workshops, school partnerships, and community involvement, we aim to inspire stewardship and encourage a deeper respect for the natural world around us.
By fostering a harmonious relationship between humans and wildlife, we strive to protect and preserve the rich biodiversity of the CSRA for future generations.
About the Facility
The CSRA Wildlife Conservation Center is currently under construction and being developed to serve as one of the region’s only licensed wildlife rehabilitation facilities authorized to care for orphaned and injured native wildlife.
Our facility will focus on:
- Wildlife rehabilitation and recovery
- Conservation education
- Community outreach and awareness
- Protection of native wildlife habitats
Unlike a zoo, our mission is centered on rehabilitation and release whenever possible, giving native animals the opportunity to return to the wild where they belong.
We are dedicated to providing compassionate care while inspiring conservation throughout the CSRA through education, partnerships, and community support.
